Explore WanAware

Choose this path when the workspace already contains assets or you are evaluating WanAware.

1. Open Your first 30 minutes.
2. Use Launchpad to orient yourself.
3. Find a known asset in Assets → Inventory.
4. Review its details and open Relationship Graph.

You are done when you can explain what the asset is and name one connected resource.

Build your environment

Choose this path when you administer a new or incomplete workspace.

1. Follow the Administrator setup path.
2. Add a data source or create a small documentation-only asset set.
3. Define custom Asset Types and their Service Catalog data before publishing them.
4. Build Structures, Elements, and Collections around a real operating question.
5. Invite users only after the model and permissions are ready.

The initial setup is complete when another user can find an Asset and understand its details. They can also identify where it fits without help.

If you are using a shared evaluation workspace

Read Use a shared evaluation workspace safely. Use clearly labeled sample records, avoid real company data, and remove only records you created after checking their attachments.
